Beauty

Latest beauty products that I love.

My mask game changes upon the season and budget. Which is why I appreciate masks that are multi-functional, lasts you long enough to forget about re-buying anytime soon, and can be used for a ‘all in one’ purpose. Who doesn’t want to have a fav mask all year round? I do.

The Indian Healing Aztec Clay mask is a mask that cleanses and thoroughly pulls any clogged pores or dirt off of your skin, within the first and semi-second layer. It is a rough mask because you can feel it pulling out the first layer of dirt sitting on the surface of your face.

It is a powder that you essentially mix with vinegar to create a ‘pancake’ consistency, and cover any area of the face. You then wait until dried (I wait until it is mostly dry) and pick up a warm hand or face cloth and press against your face to loosen up the mask from it’s firm position. Then slowly start cleaning your face off! Splash some water on your face and tone up with any toner of your choice, preferably one with no silicon. My new favorite that happens to be my sister’s choice is the Thayers alcohol-free wich hazel- unscented toner.

Moisturize and you are all set. I love to keep a skincare routine clean, simple, and healthy. Always do your best to do your research and try to switch it up every so often. As you know from my Lumière sur le Dètail Blog page that my favorite moisturizer is the Dermologica Intensive moisture balance for a full rejuvenation or form film and moisture the Lancôme night cream.

If you guys want to see before and after’s or even a clip of my skincare to me, let me know!
